LaPlaya Beach Resort is a superior resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, only 30 minutes from Ft. Myers International Airport and 15 minutes from Naples Airport. Guestrooms include a large private balcony, marble tile in bathroom, a refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, 2-line telephones and data port.
Experience the poolside tiki bar featuring light lunches and delectable cocktails as you enjoy a relaxing day by any of the resort's four pools at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort. Take in spectacular sunsets while dining at Baleen, offering indoor or outdoor seating. Other amenities available are beach activities, a a fully equipped fitness center, and spa services offering Swedish and Shiatsu massages.
The hotel will charge all guest's a resort fee of $12.00 per room per day and the fee includes: toll-free calls, local calls, access to fitness center, daily newspaper, coffee, beach lounge chairs and beach towels.
Standard/Bayview Room - Offers spectacular views of Vanderbilt Bay; rooms do not offer a view of the Gulf Of Mexico. These rooms are located in the Bay Tower, which is across from a small residential street from the main resort. Guestrooms are spacious, around 600 square feet, had a four- poster, pillow-top King bed, some rooms offer a Queen sleeper sofa (max occupancy 4). Guestrooms feature a private balcony with teak cushion furniture, ceiling fan w/ lighting, the perfect area to enjoy a spectacular sunrise over the bay. Room amenities include marble bathroom tiling, a CD- player, fully stocked refreshment cabinet, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ ironing board, waffle bathrobes, in-room movies and an in-room safe.
Beachfront Room - Offers an unobstructed view of the beach and the Gulf Of Mexico. Every room features either a pillow-top King bed or two Queen beds and goose-down pillows, some rooms offer a Queen sleeper sofa (max occupancy 4). Guestroom is a spacious 450 square feet and features a private balcony with teak cushioned furniture, a ceiling fan w/ lighting, a perfect spot to enjoy the sunsets over the Gulf Of Mexico. Also featured is custom fabrics, handcrafted tiles and endless details inspired by this elegant stretch of coastline.
