Conceived as a cool, clean-cut, relaxed atmosphere located in South Beach, the Townhouse opened in December 2000 at 20th Street and Collins Avenue. The hotel is conveniently located in the Art Deco District's many neighboring hot spots, including the shops, bars, and cafes on Lincoln Road. The Townhouse features 69 rooms, the rooftop terrace and recently opened the Bond St. Lounge, serving insane sushi.
The chic rooms have rain showerheads, large queen size beds, complimentary beach balls, TV, VCR, CD player/alarm clocks, refrigerator, safe and data ports. The front desk includes a library of CD's & videos for rent and a gift shop offering snacks, sodas, candy, beer, wine, & liquor.
